Transfers to and from Cape Town International Airport can be arranged. Please contact Graham. Tours and shuttle available by arrangement.
Bar
Highlands Lodge is not licensed. There is a liquor store at the Aurora Centre for your requirements. Spar, in the same centre, carries a large selection of wine but no beer or spirits. Snacks and take-away meals are also available from Spar
Breakfast
Breakfast is served between 07h00 and 09h00 and is available at other times on request. Additional meals are also available by arrangement.
Check In/Check Out
Check in time from 14H00.
Check out time is 10h00. Should you require a late departure, please advise us and we will assist where possible. We can make arrangements to store your luggage until you leave.

Fire
If there is a fire please alert other guests and management. Proceed to the parking area. There are fire extinguishers on the entrance wall in the “b” block foyer, outside Room #4 and in the passage to the kitchen.
Internet Facilities
We offer free WiFi access throughout the property. There is a computer connected to an ADSL line in the Conference Room for your use. Please contact the office.
Jacuzzi
The jacuzzi is for Highlands Lodge guests only. Please request towels and towelling gowns from management. Use of jacuzzi strictly between 08H00 and 22H00.
Laundry
A laundry service is provided upon request at a small additional fee.
Library
An excellent selection of books is available for your reading pleasure.
Postage
Posting and mailing can be done at Reception. The Internet shop at the Aurora Centre offers a variety of services such as laminating etc.
Restaurant Booking
If you would like us to make restaurant reservations, we will be happy to assist. During High season the popular restaurants are often fully booked. May we suggest that you make your reservations early. Some recommended restaurants are included in our room brochures.
Security
We reside in a historically safe area but would appeciate that you keep the gates closed. Don't leave clothing or valuables in your car. Safes are available in each suite.
Smoking
Smoking is not permitted indoors. Please make use of designated areas on the patios and lapa where ashtrays have been placed for your convenience.
Telephones
Telephone calls from suites are on a monitoring system and charged at Telkom rates x2.
Television
We provide Channels 1,2,3 and MNet for your viewing pleasure.
Tours and Transport
Seemore Tours and Transport operated by Graham is available for both transport and tours. There are several tours available to attractions in and around the Peninsula. Some interesting suggestions are offered inhouse. Please contact us for customised tours.
Universal Adaptors
Universal adaptors are available upon payment of a fully refundable deposit.
SA uses a 220 volt system.
Water Quality
Tap water is of excellent quality and drinkable. As water is a precious commodity, please save wherever possible.
